Shipping Details
We ship all orders via DHL and Hermes to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Below are the details for shipping within Germany and Europe:
1. Shipping Within Germany:
- Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days after processing.
- Flat shipping rate: €4.99 (Free shipping for orders over €40.00).
2. Shipping to Europe:
- Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days after processing.
- Flat shipping rate: €9.99 (Free shipping for orders over €80.00).
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently only ship to addresses within Germany and Europe.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Delayed or Missing Shipments
